Orders may be placed online, in our showroom or by contacting one of our customer service representatives via email or phone:
How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel all or part of your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirming cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it may not be cancelled. If the order cannot be cancelled, please refer to our return policy.

What methods of payment do you accept?
House of Lights accepts three methods of payment: credit/debit card, cash and check. Please note that beginning January 1, 2021, House of Lights will add a 3.5% surcharge to credit card payments to cover the cost of the transaction. Cash, personal debit cards and checks are strongly encouraged and not subject to a surcharge. Payment in full is expected at the time of order.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
House of Lights will forward tracking information as soon as it is available
The estimated lead time for backordered items will be noted on your order confirmation.
We recommend checking stock online or with a customer service representative prior to placing your order.
